WILL I LOSE CONTROL?
Nope. You're always in control. Hypnosis isn't about giving up power - it's about reclaiming it. You won't do or say anything you don't want to. If anything doesn't feel right, you can let me know and we can shift the direction or even end the session. This work is collaborative, and you are in the drivers seat.
CAN YOU MAKE ME DO SOMETHING I DON'T WANT TO DO?
No, and I would never want to. Hypnosis is not mind control. I will never be able to control your thoughts or your actions.
CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTIZED?
